BLE 5.0 Wireless Earbuds with DSP Noise Suppression, OTA Updates & Smart Controls

A wireless earbud system was developed using a BLE 5.0-enabled SoC with support for advanced audio codecs such as AAC and SBC. Custom embedded firmware was designed with a lightweight real-time architecture to handle audio streaming, synchronization, and power management efficiently. Dual-microphone DSP-based noise suppression was implemented to enhance call quality. Intelligent sleep modes and optimized firmware logic improved battery efficiency, while features such as seamless pairing, automatic reconnection, OTA firmware updates, and smart pause were integrated to enhance usability and overall performance.
