Full-Stack Multi-Tenant SaaS with GPT-4, Baileys, and Real-Time WebSocket Architecture
Zepliq was built as three tightly integrated applications: a React user dashboard, a Node.js/Express backend, and a separate admin panel — all communicating over Socket.io WebSockets for live event delivery. WhatsApp connectivity is handled via the Baileys library (WhatsApp Web protocol), with per-user session isolation stored in dedicated auth directories. Each business's AI persona is powered by GPT-4, dynamically injected with the user's custom knowledge base on every incoming message. The CRM pipeline tracks contacts through cold-to-converted lead stages, while Shopify and WooCommerce webhooks trigger automated order confirmation and follow-up messages directly inside WhatsApp conversations. Plan-gated feature access is enforced both on the API and frontend, supporting three monetization tiers from $29 to $99 per month.
